Joseph Walter Williams

Joseph Walter Williams, 72, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on Monday, March 18th, 2024. He was born on Sunday, July 8th, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He is survived by his brothers, Richard (Penny) Williams, John Paul Williams; sisters, Janet Sweeney, Judith Williams, Theresa Williams; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Patricia Williams; and sisters, Mary Beth Frank, Annette Kelly.

Joseph served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was a sponsor in various addiction recovery programs for the past 42 years. He grew up in St. Joan of Arc Parish and also attended St. Christopher Catholic Church.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, followed by entombment at Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4pm-8pm on Friday, March 22, 2024 at the Usher Funeral Home.
